Orientation Training in the Accounting and Tax Department

At the beginning of each academic year at Balıkesir University's Balıkesir Vocational School, orientation training for first-year students took place this year in the Accounting and Tax Applications Department on September 23, 2025. First-year students were informed about the education system, university, and school facilities.

The training included information on the curriculum, examination system, ECTS structure, and consulting services. Field and internship applications were also presented, as well as the university's physical and social facilities. Instructor İrem Uzun, one of our department faculty, also provided information on combating addiction.

At the end of the program, students' questions were answered, aiming to provide them with a more informed approach to university life.
